Dian Hamilton, Mercy Chinwo, & more tapped for ‘Women In Worship’ – ‘The Grace Experience” edition

University of Professional Studies, UPSA, Accra, will be hosting the 5th instalment of “Women In Worship” – an Indoor event which will have performances by headliners Diana Hamilton, Mercy Chinwo, Judikay, Daughters, Florence Obinim, Obaapa Christy, Celstine Donkor and other famous Gospel musicians, renowned Ministers of the Gospel, Ministers of State, spirit-filled TV and radio presenters.

The event, themed: “The Grace Experience”, will be held at the UPSA auditorium on Sunday, September 19th 2021 and is presented by Genet Services.

“Women in Worship live concert event showcases the power and beauty of female minstrels coming together to lead saints and sinners to appreciate the Grace of God,” said the organizers. “In the wake of a sustained season of crisis and isolation, people desperately need authentic expressions of grace, help, and love. This will be an unforgettable opportunity to celebrate and dynamically impact lives across the continent.”

“This year, Women in Worship is working with women around the country to create awareness about Cervical cancer in Ghana (which claims about 1556 deaths annually) and organize screening sessions for young women,” the organizers added

On September 13, the “Women In Worship” crew led by Gina Ella Nettey (CEO, Genet Services) embarked on artiste visitation tour; where they paid a surprised visit to the some of local performer’s billed for this year’s edition of the event and engaging them ahead of The Grace Experience Edition. They were also gifted hampers each by Onga Ghana, cloth by Akosombo Textiles and a pencil art by Kpakpo X Designs.
