The Ghana Hubs Network Gathering annually provides a unique opportunity for tech hubs in the Ghana and other stakeholders in the ecosystem like local innovators (entrepreneurs), corporates, investors, academia and developmental agencies to convene, network and share knowledge.
The 2nd edition of the Ghana Hubs Network Annual Gathering 2019 is funded by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and Make-IT. Make-IT promotes tech entrepreneurship for sustainable and inclusive development worldwide, initiated by Germany’s Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), together with the European private sector and Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS), is a political foundation, closely associated with the Christian Democratic Union of Germany (CDU), established to promote transparency and political participation with organizations of the civil society (NGOs).
The gathering themed “Building a model entrepreneurship ecosystem, the role of ESOs” will be taking place from 13th – 14th December 2019 at the Mensvic Grand Hotel, East Legon, Ghana.
The Ghana Hubs Network’s Annual Gathering will create opportunities for the members of the Ghana Hubs network and its stakeholders to meet and engage with the Ghanaian tech and entrepreneurial ecosystem to exchange knowledge, network, build collaborative relationships and share resources about the opportunities that the data revolution and innovation in Ghana presents for social and economic development.
The 2-day gathering will feature panel discussions, an investor pitch, multiple parallel workshops and exhibitions. The topics will be centered around data driven innovation, the digital economy, Internet of Things (IoT), innovation ecosystems and trending technologies.
