I Was Paid 50 Cedis For A Performance – Ceccy Twum Reveals

Ghanaian gospel musician, known by her stage name as Ceccy Twum has revealed the smallest amount of money she has ever been paid as an artiste for a performance.

According to her, about 7 years ago, she was paid 50 cedis for a performance at a church.

”About 7 years ago, I performed at a church and I was paid GHS 50”

she said.

Speaking in an interview on ‘DaybreakHitz’ on Accra based radio station, Hitz FM, the singer held the view that Ghana needs more gospel musician.

She also noted that she has been doing music for 15 years now.

”I have been doing music for 15 years”

ceccy noted.
