THE LOST VOICE: Is It Game Over For The Queen Diva?

Previously, she was the Dancehall Queen in Ghana, everywhere she stepped, she was too much, simply too hot to handle. With tracks like “Toffee Pon Tongue”, “Too Much”, “DC Turn Up”, “Body Flame”, “Koomcha” amongst others, Kaakie aka the “Queen Diva” saw no competition as she climbed the ladder to the top. However, when she parted ways with her management, Xtra Large music after a six-year spell, Kaakie appears to have gone into hibernation, though she released a track, titled “Custom Made”, it didn’t bring back the fire we expected from the Queen Diva.

On why she left Xtra Large, Kaakie stated there were clauses in her contract that was not favorable to her musical career, so it was time to move on. Well, with the emergence of Mz Vee and AK Songstress, competition was keen for Kaakie, and then came the 90’s bad gyal, Ebony Reigns who got everyone under her spell. Clearly, Ebony’s reign was colossal damage to her competitors, and at point, Kaakie indicated she handed the crown over to Ebony.

Obviously, handing over your title denotes you can’t stand your adversary, it means raising the white flag, and from that moment, Kaakie was eliminated from the game. Reports indicate she’s took a break from music to further her educational career, but with Ebony gone, would Kaakie make a return to fight for the throne? (Flash Africa)
