Ghanaian comedian and actor, popularly known in the showbiz as Funny Face aka Children’s President has said that one gets suicidal thoughts when he or she is depressed
.
According to him, he was tortured and brutalised when he was earlier arrested by personnel of the Ghana Police Service.
Speaking in an interview on ‘Showbiz Agenda’ with Sammy Flex, he stressed out that one feels he is normal but certainly not when he or she is having psychological problems.
”You always think you are normal but you are not when you are going through psychological problems”
he said.
He says always trying to explain yourself to be heard and understood is one of the symptoms of depression.
The ‘Cow & Chicken’ hitmaker told the host, Sammy Flex that he at a time tried explaining himsel to a six year old when he was depressed.
”When you stop talking and always want to explain yourself, you are depressed. You always want to be heard. One of the symptoms of depression is that you always want to be heard”
he added.
