Radio and Tv Personality, Jessica Opare-Saforo reportedly quits CITI FM and CITI TV

Jessica Opare-Saforo has quit Citi FM and Citi TV, Ghana Weekend reports.

According to the publication, the Ghanaian radio and television terminated her seventeen (17) years working relationship with the Adabraka-based media network on January 28, 2022. During her time at the media house, she has hosted some of the station’s flagship programmes including ‘Brunch in the Citi’, ‘Sex in the Citi’, ‘Sister Sister’, ‘Upside Down’ and ‘Traffic Avenue’ (formerly ‘Citi Drive’).

She was the Programmes Manager of the media house. The respected Voice-Over Artiste and YouTuber started her media journey at Vibe FM about 22 years ago. She also had a stint with Choice FM before joining Citi FM at its nascent stage, in 2005.

Apart from these, Jessica also hosted a television show called ‘Transformation with Jess’, Ghana’s first-ever weight-loss reality TV show. That’s not all, she used to be the co-host of Celebrity Fanzone on GH One TV.

Jessica Opare-Saforo is the owner of The Voice Ova Company, a business that specialises in managing voice talent. She had her secondary education at Akosombo International School and holds a bachelor’s degree in Art from the University of Ghana, Legon, where she majored in Economics and Psychology
